Ghatswood comprises 6 luxury apartments. These apartments have been finished to the highest specification, incorporating several architectural firsts in Goa. These include a light/ventilation shaft running through the centre of the building, which catches the breeze at roof level and ensures constant air circulation throughout the apartments. All apartments and suites are also fitted with air conditioning.
There are 3 Suites and 3 two bedroom apartments at Ghatswood. The floor space and décor are virtually identical in the suites and apartments, but the suite has a large dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom instead of a second bedroom.
There is one suite and one apartment on each floor. Each suite and apartment on the ground floor has a private garden area, and each suite and apartment on the second floor has a private roof terrace.
All apartments and suites have access to the pool and barbeque/bar area.
Bed linen is changed and the apartment cleaned twice a week. We operate a daily laundry service. Laundry collected by 10am, will be returned the following day by 10am.
Sernabatim Beach is 1km away and is a beautiful walk. Benaulim is about 600m and there you will find many shops, cafes and restaurants as well as a very good pharmacy, supermarket, money exchange, fruit & vegetable and flower market, wine shop, and plenty of shops selling fabrics and garments and all manner of quality craftwork from all over India.
Ghatswood is situated just 900 metres from Benaulim Beach, and 4 km from Margao, the Indian Riviera’s principal town where there are a multitude of shops, markets, banks, restaurants, bars, internet cafes, hospitals, a post office and a railway station. Margao is 20 km from the airport.
